The main character of this course is represented by ceramic veneers with their very detailed protocol. It will also be examined the clinical protocols of: direct composite veneers, maryland, metal free restorations.
In this course of theoretical-practical in-depth analysis, criteria of esthetic and how to plan properly the case with Digital Smile Design will be analyzed in oder to evaluate the most effective communication with the patient.
The clinician can use different approaches in order to rehabilitate the esthetic of the smile and at Advanced course direct composite veneers and indirect ceramic veneers are analyzed in depth, in all the aspects of clinical protocols.
It will be examined how to approach with modern materials the replacement of the missing element with maryland bridge and how to manage the conditioning of soft tissues. Moreover, in the case of very damaged teeth or in the replacement of preexisting crowns, it is appropriate to realize a full crown restoration, taking into consideration the adhesive reconstruction with fiber post and the minimal preparation which metal free materials allow us today.
An accurate analysis of the adhesive cementation possibilities is the element that guarantee an excellent prognosis also with more fragile materials. The course offers an accurate review of the protocols for the esthetic rehabilitation with different approaches on natural tooth.
